Coney relishes reading! He built a lending library in front of his apartment, and although it's a trek to reach his penthouse walk-up, his bounty of books is worth the schlep. His only rule? Don’t start your novel until you reach the sidewalk. No story is worth falling down 12 stories. Coney learned that the hard way. Collector Number: 2850
